Emma is really friendly and puts you at ease.  The focus is about your style and how to bring that out rather than imposing a style on you.  She has a friendly and professional approach.  I liked the fact she listened to what I was interested in and suggested appropriate shots. I loved the suggestions for the lifestyle shoot because they were very relevant to my lifestyle - walks by the sea, journalling etc. 

Very professional service.  It was good to try out different postures and chat while doing it so that more natural facial expressions were captured.
