We had an amazing outdoor family lifestyle shoot with Emma. The whole afternoon was so relaxed, calm yet very fun. Emma has a very reassuring presence which somehow made the kids super compliant!

Emma started by discussing our location and giving us pointers that we should think about what we might wear. She is extraordinarily creative and worked with the surroundings, the beautiful outdoor light, capturing angles and backgrounds that we hadn't even considered during our woodland walk. All of us normally feel self conscious to some degree and we always find it impossible to get kids to look into a camera! On our photoshoot, though, Emma just gently guided us that it was more about relationships and storytelling.

I can't express how amazed we all are at the results - they seem like out of a fairytale. Every time we look at our photos, we're grateful to Emma for capturing our own special story.

We first met Emma at wedding fair and we warmed to her straight away. Her friendly and professional nature made her very approachable and someone we knew we could work with. Most important to us was hiring someone who would work well with our young daughter and would see her as an asset to a shoot rather than a hindrance.

We were lucky enough to win a free engagement shoot with Emma which gave us the opportunity to really assess if we she was the photographer for us and we certainly weren’t disappointed. Emma listened to what we wanted and made our daughter a central part of the shots. She worked well with all of us and the final results of our shoot were amazing.

We discussed having a family portrait photo shoot with Emma as she took our amazing wedding photographs and we really loved having her as a part of our wedding day. She suggested some venues and we decided to go to Birnie loch, Fife.

The weather wasn’t fantastic but we got Eilidh in her wellies and her raincoat regardless. Emma brightened the day with her enthusiasm and we all had lots of fun exploring Birnie Loch. Emma made sure we were all relaxed and she was very patient with Eilidh. It was a difficult decision choosing our prints as they were all of very high quality and looked fantastic.

I would highly recommend Emma as she is patient with children (and grown ups!), relaxed, approachable, extremly talented and very enthusiastic in her work.

Had a fantastic time with Emma! It was my first shoot and Emma took care of me from start to finish, made me feel comfortable and joked with me the entire time. She coached me through poses very politely, patiently and answered my questions clearly and in detail.

Emma is easy to speak to and feel comfortable around, even with it being such a new experience! Left each other around 3pm, had a few edited photos from the shoot by 8pm, great quality. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
